Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Free from damage, stains, or signs of use
For hygiene and safety reasons, compression garments that have been worn, washed, or opened in a way that makes them unsuitable for resale may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn garments
- Washed products
- Items returned without original packaging
- Final sale or clearance items, if marked as non-returnable
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to help us review the issue quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
